The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to M/s DesiCrow and the terms “Visitor” ”User” refer to the users.
The website with domain www.desicrow.com is owned by the firm M/s DesiCrow with registered office at ‘small market, Cheeka, Haryana.
Shipping and Delivery
After receiving your order, we try our best to hand it over to our shipping partners within 48 hours (excluding Sunday and public holidays). But, sometimes due to unavoidable reasons, there can be delays in this 48 hours shipping policy and we cannot be held liable for same in any manner.
But, If there are long delays and product is not shipped even after 72-96 hours of placing the order (excluding Sunday and public holidays) , you can ask for refund and we will honour the same with no questions asked.
In order to deliver your product at lightening fast speed, all our orders are shipping with the best player in the Industry (subjected to availability of their operation in your area). After product is handed over to shipping partner, actual delivery might take 2-5 business days(excluding Sunday/public holidays) based on the delivery location.

User agrees that neither firm nor its owner and third party business partners shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the serviceUser agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event shall Firm or any parties, organisations or entities associated with the firm be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.
Product image v/s actual product
There might be differences b/w images displayed on the website against the actual products due to usage of various mockups used for display purpose or due to the properties of the electronic display being used by the user to navigate through the site/app.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or in relation to any M/s Desi Crow’s Services or our Platform, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs (hereinafter Dispute), the parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to resolve such Dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 45 days of the notice of such Dispute, M/s Desi Crow may elect to resolve any Dispute by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter Act). Such Dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The Dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator, appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat of the arbitration shall be Haryana, India and the language of this arbitration shall be English. Any arbitration shall be confidential, and neither You nor M/s Desi Crow may disclose the existence, content or results of any arbitration, except as may be required by law or for purposes of enforcing the arbitration award. All administrative fees and expenses of arbitration will be divided equally between You and M/s Desi Crow. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its own lawyers and preparation.
Governing Law and Forum for Disputes
Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, You agree that any claim or dispute You may have against M/s Desi Crow must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in Haryana, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Haryana, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law.
This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
