We are not here for a short term relationship but for an absolute customer satisfaction. So, though we offer you best of best at least of all price but in case you choose to return the product we happily accept same in below conditions :
- Return/Refund policy is product specific and not generic in nature. Hence, applicability of same vary from product to product.
- Returns will be accepted only in case of defected/misprinted/misrepresented products or if you didn’t liked the fabric or printing quality.
- No returns will be accepted due to misfit size. Please refer to size chart available on all products while placing your order to rule out any size related issues.
- In case you received a defected, misprinted or a different product than what you ordered, then we will ship you a new product at absolute zero cost. All such cases should be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.
- Returned product must be unused and in original packing condition. Used or tempered products will not be accepted.
- If you choose to return the product, it must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Upon receiving the product, our quality team will review the condition and decision to refund the amount will depend upon the result of their inspection. So, please make sure if you choose to return the product all the terms and conditions prescribed in this policy are followed.
- Refund amount will be processed in the original payment method used for placing the order.
- Refund is not applicable on shipping charges.
No returns will be accepted for below products/categories:
- Anything created on demand or ordered from ‘On demand’ Store.
- Products exclusively marked as ineligible for return (in product description).
- Products shipped internationally (outside India).
- Used, tempered or broken products.
- Products with tempered or non original packaging.
If product you are planning to return satisfy all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy, you may follow below steps to initiate the return :
- Please contact us to communicate your decision to return, apart from facilitating a smooth return, we will also use your inputs to improve our services to attain our ultimate goal of absolute customer satisfaction.
- Please write your name, email id, phone number and order id on a plain paper and put it inside the return package.
- Self ship the product to us at below address with postal carrier of your choice.

How Much time it will take for processing returns ?
All eligible returns will be processed within a day of receiving the product and refund process will be initiated. Processing of refund amount might take 5-7 days based on your mode of payment.
- After placing the order, if you want to cancel it, please reach out to us using contact us button on mobile version of our website.
- We should be able to cancel your order and issue refund if it has not been sent for printing yet.
- Cancellation can’t be processed for customized orders if design has already been created by our designer. If you still want to cancel that we should be able to issue only partial refund after deducting the designing cost (Rs. 50).
- If it has been sent for printing then cancellation should be governed by return/refund policy as mentioned in above paragraph.
