What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We care utmost for your pocket and hence delivery is absolutely free within India and all the delivery related charges are taken care by us.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments through UPI, net banking, debit/credit card and most of the payment wallets. We are continuously working to add all possible payment methods on earliest basis

How long will delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sunday). Post shipping, it should be delivered within 2-5 days based on delivery location.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Absolutely Yes. Your privacy is most important to us and as a result we only store the data what we absolutely need to make your shopping experience seamless. We also don’t store any of your card/banking details as payment is processed by payment gateway.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We are a firm believer of perfection and freshness and have embedded this motto into our supply chain as well. We don’t store any stock in advance and product is processed after you confirm the order. Once product is ready it is shipped to desired location and shipping tracking number is communicated to the customer.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a copy of invoice is shared with you as soon as you place your order. We are registeredwith GST and all the prices mentioned in our store already include the appropriate tax amount.
